It is very easy in this day and time to forget to take time for God in our lives. EVERYBODY is so busy! But, the thing is that our relationship with HIM should be our #1 priority.
When we continue to put God lower and lower in our priorities, it begins to affect us quickly. We can become spiritually stagnate.
That is not pleasing to God and greatly hinders us from living the life that He desires for us.
There is a real danger in becoming too contented. We should always realize there is another level for us in our relationship with God. There is always more to learn, always more to do, and always more to change about ourselves.
He can only do in us what we allow Him to. If we want His will fulfilled in our lives, we must continue to move forward and allow God to work in us and through us.
Father I ask your forgiveness for times that I have not put You in the proper place in my life. I thank you that you are a forgiving God and it is never too late to change with you.
I ask you to help me to continue to grow and mature spiritually so that I can be all You want me to be, and have all You want me to have.
